ABOUT CINDY
Hi, my name is Cindy! I am the founder and CEO of Rethink-Fitness. My mission is to help you achieve your health, fitness, and running goals.
I have worked in the healthcare industry for many years. Following a career in nurse anesthesia, I felt the need to explore the other side of “sick-care” which led me to nutrition and exercise by way of a M.S. in Exercise Science. I have continued my search for the meaning of “healthy living” with a myriad of fitness certifications from gold standard institutions that include American College of Lifestyle Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the USA Track & Field Association. I am credentialled as a lifestyle medicine professional, a strength and conditioning specialist, a personal trainer, an exercise scientist, and a veteran distance running coach.
I have a long-standing love affair with running and I am a self-professed health and fitness enthusiast. I have spent the last 20 years perfecting my passion for health, running and fitness. The journey through healthy living will never end.
Exercise and good nutrition are keys to longevity and quality of life. Practicing these basic habits is important in obtaining and sustaining our quality of health as we age. I am an avid fitness enthusiast and have made it my mission to proclaim, practice and promote these pillars of health.
I am passionate about helping others, and it gives me great pleasure when I see my clients achieving their fitness and running goals. I am happy to provide the tools, strategies and support you need to create meaningful change in your life.
